If it is a custom made item, it can be made within 2-3 weeks. I ship by USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation to U.S. addresses only at this time. I am researching international rates for my friends overseas and will update when I will be shipping to other countries. I accept PayPal, Credit or Debit through PayPal, Postal Money Orders and Personal Checks as payment. Once payment is received, I ship the same or next day.
